Cindi Britt has been a licensed cosmetologist since 1987 and has owned her own salon since 2001.  From the beginning, she has had the best training and mentors available in Northwest Ohio having finished her assistant program and her own chair shortly after graduation from high school.  A leader in innovation and creativity, Cindi has attended multiple hair shows and academies nationwide including Miami, New York, Chicago, Detroit and Las Vegas just to name a few.  Leading by example, Cindi promotes continuing education and enrichment to all of the salon’s stylists by offering coursework and workshops here in the salon as well as encouraging attendance at national shows and conventions.  Salvatore Capelli Salon came into existence in 2005 and has shown continued growth from day one.  In 2008, the salon moved into it’s second location allowing for an increase in services.  Salvatore Capelli Salon offers a long list of indulgence services to it’s clientele including a complete hair spa, nails, massage (including cold and hot stone therapies as well as facial rejuvenation and relaxation services) and even spray tanning.  Striving to meet every client’s every need, the salon continues to evolve and grow in services offered based upon national trends, staying on the cutting edge of salon and spa services in the midwest.  With clients coming from Indianapolis, Chicago, Ann Arbor, New York and throughout the state of Ohio, Salvatore Capelli maintains a strong foothold in the Hair Spa and Beauty Lounge Industry.

Always concentrating on ways to make a more beautiful and stable community through her charitable efforts and civic involvement, Cindi is now embarking on a new journey as a foster parent and is working on focusing on the betterment of infants and children throughout the region.  Active with numerous charitable organizations including Mom’s House, the Aurora House, the Toledo Repertoire Theater, the symphonies of Toledo and Perrysburg and the Toledo Chamber of Commerce, Cindi donates her time, talent and treasures as well as the salon as a donation center with events and donation collections held at Salvatore Capelli regulary including the annual Prom for Paws event for Planned Pethood.
Cindi’s career has never been a “job” for her but more a passion.  Waking every day with a new sense of pride and energy for her clients and the community, Cindi is ever mindful of ways to offer services not just for hair, nails and massage but for the wellness of her clientele’s entire being.  It is not unusual to find classes and offerings at Salvatore Capelli for scrapbooking, belly dancing, yoga or other events centered on the desires and interests of Cindi’s clients.  Knowing this, most clients who begin a relationship with Cindi and Salvatore Capelli Salon continue for years and evolve into lasting friendships.  Cindi is particularly excited about her blossoming partnership with Zappos CEO, Tony Hsieh as they work toward a Delivering Happiness organization with town hall meetings here in Northwest Ohio, once again bringing opportunities for enrichment in the lives of her many clients.

Kelly Deconda – Stylist

Kelly Deconda, a proud and happy newlywed, has always been interested in doing hair.  While in high school she wanted to go into the cosmetology program – knowing that this is what she was meant to do – but allowed her guidance counselor to talk her out of it.  Following that counselor’s advice, she went off to college to pursue a career for which she soon realized she had no passion.

In 2009, Kelly made the life-altering decision to to enroll in the Toledo Academy of Beauty Culture and found what she’d been missing.  She graduated in 2010 and joined the Salvatore Capelli staff in January of 2011 assisting Cindi.  Since diving in to her chosen calling, Kelly has enjoyed success in a number of specialties including smoothing treatments and is our house texture specialist.  Kelly continues to gain inspiration from attending national hair shows.

Personally, Kelly enjoys caring for her sweet little pug, Bella and spending time with her nephew, Nolan.

Primarily Redken color and Glo minerals makeup.
Though Holly originally started attending college to become an art teacher, she changed gears and realized her love for the creative outlet the beauty industry provides.
A HUGE music fan, Holly is willing to listen to all but country but doesn’t mind country music’s big teased up hair!  She loves the strong influence of fashion and music on hairstyling and makeup.  When Holly isn’t helping people find their inner diva, she can often be found doing yoga, Pilates, trying new restaurants/bars or spending too much money in Sephora.
